Okay. So every Sunday I'm going to start doing a segment called "Sociallite Sunday" where I pick a famous socialite and discuss what they do, why I love them and so on.
This week we are kicking off the signing with none other than my personal favorite socialite, Ms Kylie Jenner. Kylie has done more than your average 18 year old. With a clothing line through Pac Sun, a Sci-fi novel, a spot in the "25 most influential teens of 2014", and now an official site and phone app, there's nothing that can stop King Kylie.
Now let's be real, she got her start through the reality show, "Keeping up with the Kardashians". Although she is a Jenner, we were able to watch her grow through television and social media.
Speaking of social media, Kylie makes money there too! With promotions for companies such as What's a Waist, Pure Leef, and Ethika, Kylie is able to advertise garments, beauty products and more on her social platforms... For a fee, of course. With 40 million followers, how could someone promoting through Kylie not expand their clientele?? All of this also benefits Kylie as well. I mean, what 18 year old wouldn't want free hair, clothes and makeup?
Besides things you wear, Kylie was also able to benefit with a 2 million dollar mini mansion, a new Range Rover, and $50,000 dog. Yes 50k for a rare breed bull dog.
Social life? For her, that's also luxury. Jenner is the girlfriend of rapper, Tyga and friends to many of those in the fashion world such as Cara Delevigne, Olivier Roustein, and Karl Lagerfeld.
Kylie fits right in the fashion world too. She has hundreds of pairs of shoes, purses on purses and clothes galore. Many of her pieces consists of Givenchy, Cèline and Balmain of course.
Kylie recently introduced the world to her app along with her sisters (they each have one). On the app, you are able to to see what Kylie does on a day to day basis, explore beauty and fashion tips, time in for question and answer videos, and so much more. She even has a post about her lips and other surgery! The app is free for a limited time when you sign up and after your free trial is over, it's $2.99 a month.
Besides her glam posh lifestyle, I personally love KJ because of her rebellious, edgy, kick ass swag and personality. There's something about her that just screams bad ass. I live for it. Keep shining baby girl.
