Hair Deets

Okay so for the last past week or so, my DM has been blowing up on all my social accounts about my hair. You all have asked whether the hair is Brazilian, Peruvian, Mongolian, etc. I'm here to kill all of the anticipation. Lol. The truth is this hair is synthetic.

I purchased this half wig after watching a hair review from my boo Aaliyah Jay. Her wig was by a company called Vanessa Express Weave and it was in the style Los Mogan.
I searched high and low for the exact one she had, and came to the conclusion that I have to purchase it online. So... I started my search for something similar.

I came across a brand called Tina. I wasn't too fond of their half wigs until I spotted the Jazz Water curl pattern. I played with it some, brushed it out a little , teased it and fell in love! It wasn't quite as long as Aaliyah's but it was very full. So I grabbed the wig (in the color jet black) and went to the registered. Guess the price. $20.00! I almost died.

Here's how the wig looks in an everyday basis:

I usually wear it half-up, half-down or flipped to the side (as if I have a deep side part). I love this unit because it's so simple to put on. I simply put my natural hair in a low bun, leave out my edges with a rat tail comb, attach the front comb of the unit to the front of my hair, attach the back comb to nape of my head, tighten the unit, slick my edges down with Hick's Edges, fluff the hair and ya done

It blends soooo well with my natural hair which is surprising because my natural hair is not jet black but I make it work. When there's a will, there's a way.
Xoxo.
